ONICE*
The new star of the 2024 edition, it’s in the Antiques district that you can enjoy the punchy, bold cuisine of ONICE by Florencia Montes and Lorenzo Ragni. This duo of Italian-Argentinian chefs met in the kitchens of Mirazur – voted the best restaurant in the world – and together they offer some explosive combinations of flavours, using seasonal and local produce.
Racines*
This new Michelin-starred restaurant in Nice offers a cuisine consisting exclusively of local organic fruit and vegetables. Chef Bruno Cirino offers a unique culinary experience, created according to the day’s arrivals, all at excellent value for money. A highly creative plant-based cuisine that will appeal even to those who don’t like vegetables! Racines is located in the heart of the Libération district.
Chantecler – Le Negresco *
